The Seven Hills Veterinary Clinic was a prime example of adaptive reuse of an existing building. This structure housed a number of restaurant tenants over the years, but is now home to the premier veterinary practice in Nixa, Missouri. The exterior remodel featured an updated roof, siding, and entry columns, while the interior remodel included 6 new exam rooms, operating area, recovery area, and so much more. The lobby space was the largest transformation in the project and captures the client's concept of "Backyard to Barnyard".
