The Massengale Corporate Center consists of renovating an existing 3,500 square foot building that was originally constructed as a bank. The project creates new offices, conference rooms, and storage space. The new corporate center concept is geared towards the Massengale real estate team, while also having space and separate offices with in the building that could be leased to independent contractors.

An 1,800 square foot addition was also added to the building to house a future tenant.
