The master plan in Claremore, OK combined mixed-use commercial development with the retail functions of an upscale shopping mall. The totals of the master plan include 555,000 SF of retail space, 75,000 SF of office lofts, 100 apt/condo, residential lofts and potential for 250 single family homes.
The Oklahoma Plaza Master Plan is the largest private investment development in the area with the first phase pledged at over 110 million dollars. The new paradigm for the mixed-use commercial development, Oklahoma Plaza combines ‘Big Box’ power center and life style center concepts, allowing for synergy between each.
The mixed-use commercial development will combine the retail functions of an upscale shopping mall in a pedestrian friendly setting with lake front dining, convenient office lofts, entertainment venues, big box anchors, outdoor amphitheater and high-end residential lofts.
We worked with the developer and brokers revising the Mater Plan per specific retailer requirements to acquire LOI commitments as required to meet development milestones; this ultimately attracted additional future retailers.
The project included development of a master plan, site design for individual tenants, building concepts for a municipal building, a lake design with surrounding restaurants, apartment building concept design, streetscape/hardscape design, and coordination of civil/site development.
